Delivery Information

When you place an order with The Third Step, please email us if you require an estimated delivery time, based on the availability of your items and their destination.

All orders will be delivered within 28 days and will be dispatched with insurance to cover the goods.

Export Orders

When ordering goods for delivery outwith the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reaches the export country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as The Third Step have no control over them and can't predict what they might be. You should also note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.
